"Even The Happiest People Get Lonely Too"
Even the happiest people in the world get lonely too! Do you believe that too? I do. Because even I, known as a happy person with a happy disposition currently succumbs to a kind of sadness, that it started to scare me that I feel drowned in sadness that will end up in a severe depression. How it all started? I am trying to recall situations and events that lead me to this, but the things that are clouding my mind are the things that get or became monotonous to me. I am a plain housewife, as plain as a plain bread, plain white, and dull as seems to be. I do not abhor nor hate this role, in fact, I feel that this is the reason of my existence. My husband is not to blame for this, he is still the best husband for me, he even tries to mitigate the situation, and I just feel that it is only in my head. I am trying my best to become productive as much as I can, in anyway I can, but there are times that the sadness I feel creeping on me, leaving me blank and empty. I was planning to call my doctor or a health professional in this case, but then, when I feel happy again, I set aside the plan. As I am typing these words, I feel my struggles to remain a happy person for the sake of my family and for myself too. Still too early for me to feel that it is a middle life crisis! On my free time, I write, I photograph, but I feel they are not enough... But then, I am writing this, because writing my feelings is always my form of release and relief.

Water Fun, Children's Healthy Lifestyle
my son's water playground. |
I started the day talking with my husband before he flies from Katowice, Poland to the Netherlands this morning. I washed our laundry and hang them again in the sun. At 9 o clock this morning, my son started to play in his portable swimming pool. Me and my son are still in the garden while I am typing and composing my blog today... Water fun. The importance of water fun to our child's growth development.

fun at home is not that complicated :) |
a child that loves being in the water. |
Active kids are not only more likely to be healthy, but also are more likely to develop into healthy adults, and the best kind of activity for kids is an activity they find fun, something they will want to do often. Playing in water provides an addictive way for kids to get outdoors and moving. Swimming pools, water parks, and beaches are perhaps the most common places kids learn to love the water by swimming, diving, and splashing to their heart's content, yet families need not travel away from home to enjoy water activities.- Ebay

water becomes his favorite enjoyment. |
This is very much true. Since the day that our son was born, the nurses in the hospital, put him in the sink, with their help, he let him float in the water. When we took him home, almost every day he has a bath, regardless of the weather. Yes, our son, had a regular bath since then. My mother in law gave us a good baby bath tub. My son comes to love the water, and is a very active boy. He is not afraid of the water, in the shower, even the waves on the beach.
There is also proven health benefits that come from getting outside in the sun. While it was never believed that sitting indoors all day and every day was particularly healthy, little was known about the health advantages of getting outside regularly. The primary health boost of being outdoors comes from sun exposure. My day to day life with my son includes a lot of time outdoors. When I brought him to the Consultatie Bureau, the doctor noticed my son's color. Her comment is: mooie kleur, in English: beautiful color. She said, it is good that my son loves outdoors.
enjoying the summer :) |
sun, water, outdoor: a healthy lifestyle. |
Let your child play in the water, give him some safe toys while he is playing there. Expose your child in the sun, it is a kind of healthy lifestyle. In the process, the child with gets healthier, and it will become a habit that our child will enjoy for a lifetime.

Health Benefits Of Being A Coffee Lover
Before we went back in Krabbeplas this afternoon, me and my husband went to Rotterdam to buy a new coffee maker. Our coffee maker got broken when I made a second cup of coffee for my visiting sister in law this morning. My husband checked on the internet some modern coffee machine/coffee maker, and he found one that suits our taste. I was joking with him that we need to buy fast because in the morning, we will feel like crazy if we don't have a good coffee to start our day.

Coffee is good for the heart :) |
We went in BCC, a big appliance store here in The Netherlands. Our son went with my sister in law, so it was like me and my husband was having a date for a while.
Me and my husband are coffee lovers. Before, I do not like strong brewed coffee. I drink only instant coffee or the 3-in-1 coffee. In time, I have learned and I adapt to love my husband's strong coffee. My husband had his coffee black, I have mine with
a teaspoon of sugar, and two teaspoons of cream, I cannot drink plain coffee, it's taste so bitter for me! Hahahaha!
our new coffee maker :) |
I do not know if it's a coffee addiction, but when I don't drink coffee in a day, I got a headache. When I feel I have a headache, my husband asks me: did you drink coffee today? Yes, coffee is like a paracetamol to me. Hahahaha!
Some health benefits of drinking coffee:
1. Researchers learned that participants who drank three to five cups of coffee per day had about a 65% decreased chance of developing Alzheimer’s disease or dementia later on in life. To ensure you’re always drinking enough coffee, make it a point of always consuming coffee with your meal.
2. Coffee is good for the heart. By simply drinking one or two cups of coffee per day they could have a significantly reduced risk of cardiovascular disease-related death.
3. A good rejuvenating drink. Many people feel rejuvenated following a coffee break. Do you also feel the same?
4. Coffee reduces suicide risk and depression. A 10-year study of 86,000 female nurses shows a reduced risk of suicide in the coffee drinkers. From the Archives of Internal Medicine (link). Another study conducted by the Harvard School of Public Health found that women who drink 4 or more cups of coffee were 20% less likely to suffer from depression. -caffeineinformer.com
5. Just smelling coffee could make us less stressed! I bet many of you will agree.
I have mentioned only a few of the health benefits in drinking coffee. To end up, I want to add this quote to spice up: "I love those who makes me happy, those who makes me laugh, and those who loves to make me a cup of coffee."
