Nine Latest Flower Photos That I Made Today

Food, faces, and flowers are my most favourite subjects in photography. Just hanging out around in our garden, I made another set of beautiful flower photos that I am excitedly love to share to all of you. So many many flowers you can find here in the Netherlands. Variety of colours, shapes, even of smell. Flowers that even are edible. I hope you will enjoy viewing them and please do not hesitate to post any reaction at the comment box :)

After The Rain (Poetry)

After the rain
Leaves, flowers, and trees, merry
Singing their own own song.
After the rain
I tip toed, a maze of the raindrops
Hanging beautifully in the thorns
And in the twigs.
After the rain
I feel the contentment
I smell the richness of the earth.
After the rain
I remember the love that I've lost.
After the rain
My heart pounding
For the true love that I found
And stay.

Plaaswijck Park In Rotterdam, A Magical Place For The Children

Where I relished the moment with my family.

It was a lovely day and it is a lovely thing to escape for a while to the monotonous of everyday's life. Our family spent a day at the Plaaswijck Park in Rotterdam. Plaaswijck Park is just about a 20 minutes drive from our home. The temperature in the Netherlands is reaching to 32 degrees now so we expect a big crowd of people there. Plaaswijck Park is a real family park, but FOR children, this park is truly a magical place. Plaaswijck is a big park where children can play, swim, or have an enjoyable walk. There is an adventure playground, boat and train trips, plus a zoo and a small farm. Plaaswijck is open from 10:00 till 19:00. The entrance fee is 12 euros for age 2 to 65; 8 euros for age 65 and above. Children below 2 years are free. Again, please allow me to take you there through my photos.

Klauterwoud, the Netherlands

Me having fun at the zipline.

Living in the Netherlands is an experience. The fun is unending. One thing that I like it here is that even just in our city, our family can have fun and adventure without costing a lot of money. This afternoon, our family went to the place called Klauterwoud. Klauterwoud is a great and a big play ground in the middle of the woods with nature at its best. From home, Klauterwood is about ten minutes drive. Klauterwood has a labyrinth, children's playground, and a zipline that I found so fun! I have some photos at Klauterwood. I think by looking at them, you will feel the enjoyment I have of my quiet life here.

Nature At Its Best, Photos At Appartelle De Francesca

As what I have told on my blog, I still have many beautiful flower photos on my Canon camera that I also love to share. I am checking them now, and I found too these photos that I made in Puerto Galera. They are pleasing to my eyes and warm my heart as I remember those happy days. Really, it is still the simple things in this world that always captivate my attention. These photos were made by me just around the hotel where we stayed, the Appartelle De Francesca in White Beach. Next batch of photos are flowers.

Philippine Holiday 2017: Pondering Thoughts Of A Sunset Seeker

The day's temperature reached to 32 degrees. It is almost summertime in the Philippines. It is good that there is a clean swimming pool at the place where we are staying, and also the beach at the back of the vacation home. This afternoon, I took a  moment to walk in the beach to watch the spectacular sunset. I likewise made some photos of the things that interest me. I wrote my name in the sand, and I can't prevent the waves not to rinse it away. The view is lovely. I feel the sense of the simplicity of the life here. There were children playing, there were few young guys who are learning to windsurf, there are fishermen's boats that are ready for an early dawn fishing. My husband remained in our cabin to look for my son. I took my time alone to admire the now a familiar sunset. Now familiar, but its beauty is always a thing that I always look forward to every time we will go for a vacation in the Philippines. Anywhere we go, I always love to photograph sunset. Sunset has sometimes brought tears in our eyes, sometimes the view is dramatic, sometimes calming, sometimes it gives us a reason to become hopeful. Because after sunset, there is always a beautiful sunrise on the succeeding day. Again, please enjoy my photos. Photos I made with my IPhone. Right on the beach.

Why Birds Are Special?

I am glad there are birds, they are my friends.
Finally, it is weekend once again. Not much things to say or to share. Except the enjoyment I have today with the birds at the lake nearby. I feed them, and as closer I observed them, I concluded that birds too are special. I have collected quotes about birds. I wrote them beneath the photographs I made. I hope you will enjoy both reading and viewing my photos, all I made today. Have a nice weekend!
In an age when we experience so much of our world through glass-screens, windows, windshields, --birds are a vital connection to the wild. They reach across any barrier, flitting, surprising, and dazzling, always there to refresh my sense of wonder. -Thor Hanson, Author

Conjuring a world without birds is a thing I don't dare imagine, like the death of a child. Their fate is our own. -Joel Sartore, Photographer

Birds represent a link to both our natural environment and to the possibility of freedom to soar without boundaries. -Rue Mapp, Founder, Outdoor Afro

Birds are important because they keep system in balance; they pollinate plants, disperse seeds, scavenge carcasses and recycle nutrients back into the earth. But they also feed our spirits, marking for us the passage of seasons, moving us to create art and poetry, inspiring us to flight and reminding us that we are not only on but of, this earth. -Melanie Driscoll, Director of bird conservation for the Gulf of Mexico and the Mississippi Flyway

The sheer ubiquity of birds makes them almost unavoidable. Birds are the always-present possibility of an awakening to the natural world that too many people have not yet experienced.- Corey Finger, Blogger
